| 1. Is there a sitting fee and how much does it cost to do a makeover? [Top]
Our regular sitting fee is $9.95 per person. If you want to have a makeup sitting done by one of our professional makeup artists, our makeup sitting fee is $59 per person. Please note that it's a flat $59 makeup sitting fee per person, NOT $59 plus $9.95. Remember, you can use our complete wardrobe free of charge with both regular and makeup sittings.

2. How many pictures do you take? [Top]
For every sitting you can have up to two different looks. For example, one look can be Hawaiian style with haku leis, and another can be a casual look. For each look, we take anywhere from 7 to 15 shots. This means you will have around 20 pictures to choose your favorite pictures from. You only purchase the images that you like. |
3. How much do your pictures cost? [Top]

4. What does the makeup sitting include? [Top]
The makeup sitting includes a one time makeup application. Prom makeover and hair can be done for an additional fee. We only use top quality cosmetics like the professionals use. |
5. What if I only want the makeover for events such as prom? [Top]
We are specialized in giving the proper look for special events such as proms. Our price starts at $89 for most hairstyles. There may be an additional charge for longer hair. We also have special prom picture packages for those who want to enjoy the prom evening without having to wait in a long line to get their pictures taken. |
6. Do I need to make an appointment to take pictures?

Makeup sittings require an appointment and a non-refudable $25 deposit that will be applied towards your sitting fee. If you need to change your appointment, you will not lose your deposit as long as you give at least 48 hours notice. For regular sittings, we do accept walk-ins whenever possible. An appointment is recommended to secure your time slot, as if we are busy, we will have to accomdate walk-ins at a later time. |
7. Do I need to make an appointment just to do a makeup sitting or prom makeover? [Top]

8. Do I need to bring my own clothes to wear during the session? [Top]
No, you do not have to. We have a wardrobe for men, women, and children to choose from, ranging from casual, to tuxedos and wedding gowns, to genre and fantasy outfits, as well as our popular Hawaiian styles. We have many accessories in various styles too. However, we do recommend that you bring your own clothes if you have something particular you would like to wear, just in case we do not have selections that you like. |
9. How long does the entire session take? [Top]
If you are doing a makeup sitting, the makeup will take about 45 minutes. The photo session takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes, depending on how many poses and looks you shoot. After you choose which images you like, your pictures will be ready for pickup in 3 days. Rush service is available for $49 if you need your pictures within a few hours. |
10. How many poses can I do during my photo session? [Top]
You can have two different looks whether you do a makeup sitting or regular sitting. For each look, we take approximately 7 to 15 shots. |
11. How soon do I get my pictures back? [Top]
Your photos will be ready for pickup in 3 days. However, rush service is available for $49, and your pictures can be ready for pickup in a few hours. |
12. What kind of backgrounds and props do you have? [Top]
We offer many different styles of backgrounds, such as plain, textured, beach scenes, Hawaiian, and fantasy. We have an entire room of props to choose from, with everything from walls, pillars, senior portrait year numbers, flowers, Hawaiian accessories, stuffed animals, props for infants, and many more. |

15. Do I have to pay for retouching?

Retouching is $49 per pose. However, basic general retouching is included with all senior portrait packages.

We are a family and high school senior portrait studio with an option for our customers to do makeup. We do pictures of infants, children, high school seniors, business, couples, wedding (in studio only), groups, and family. |
